Family History - posted by Rachel
I would like information on William Hoskins, a fisherman who was living in Worthing Sussex with his family in the 1940's. William lost his life trying to save people off the " Lallah Rook "1850. His wife was Louisa ,Nee Curtis.
Louisa went on to marry John Collins a Coastguard, they lived in the west building at Broadwater.
I would love ANY photos of their families , a grave /graveyard or stories of these people.
Many Thanks in anticipation,
Rachel

Information and stories about Worthing fishermen, including your William Hoskins, can be found in 3 books which I wrote:-
A Town's Pride, Edwardian Worthing, and Vintage Worthing.
