I teach chemistry at Worthing College. We do a topic on steam distillation of natural oils. I have seen references to the Lavender fields in Durrington, Worthing and to a steam distillery in a photo exhibition at the New Life Church. I am keen to track down a photograph and any details to display in college. Thank you
