I am trying to find the ancestry of my 4xgreat grandmother, Mary Feest, born circa 1740 (where not known) who was the mother of William Feest (c1771) who was allegedly fathered by a William Hobden. It appears that Mary did not marry William Hobden.
There are many Feests, Feasts, Fiests in Sussex, but I cannot link her to any of them. East Sussex record off ice has been unable to help.

I have found, using a CD of the Goring by Sea Church Parish records that Mary Feest was born in Goring by Sea in 1731. She had several siblings, and although I have traced my family tree to the present day I can fing nothing about her siblings.
