It is my understanding that my grandparents were acquainted with a Sydney Carter-Morgan just before the second world war in the East End of London. I'm afraid I don't know much more than that and those that might have known, have now passed away. I suppose its quite unlikely that it is the same Sydney Carter-Morgan and have very little way of knowing if it is. Good luck with your search.
